David is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, known for his ability to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic growth. His career spans multiple leadership roles with some of the industry’s most respected companies.
Before joining Frac-Chem, David served as Vice President of Sales at C&J Energy Services and as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Allied Oil & Gas Services. He spent a significant portion of his career at Schlumberger, where he developed deep expertise in pressure pumping, sales strategy, and operational management.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He brings not only technical knowledge but also a customer-first mindset that aligns closely with Frac-Chem’s mission to deliver innovative, performance-driven chemical solutions.
Outside of work, David is a devoted husband and the proud father of eight children. He values family time and brings the same level of dedication and leadership to his personal life as he does to his professional role.

Joel Hebert
Vice President of Operations & Support Services
Joel is a seasoned industry professional with over 27 years of experience in oilfield chemical manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management. Since joining Frac-Chem as a partner in 2011, Joel has played a critical role in building the operational backbone that supports the company’s growing presence in the hydraulic fracturing industry.
Joel’s connection to Frac-Chem began in 2010, when he partnered with the founders to help develop the infrastructure, logistics, and production systems necessary to meet the increasing chemical demands of modern fracturing operations. His expertise spans manufacturing operations, materials sourcing, procurement, and the delivery of both production and stimulation chemicals across diverse markets.
As Vice President of Operations & Support Services, Joel leads with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and quality ensuring that Frac-Chem’s solutions are delivered safely and consistently to customers across the industry.
Away from the field, Joel is an avid horseman who enjoys riding and training reining horses. He is a devoted husband and proud father of two children, and he brings the same passion and discipline to his personal life that he brings to his work at Frac-Chem.
